Guy Grant

Guy Grant has over 35 years’ experience in the justice sector, working across frontline delivery, senior leadership and consultancy roles within HMPPS and private prisons. He has led at Governor grade and brings deep expertise in strategy, operations and programme development. Since joining Amey in 2018, Guy has been Senior Social Value Manager on our Ministry of Justice contract, where he created and introduced impactful initiatives including the CRED Programme, Step Ahead Pathway, Journey to Work and Release On Temporary Licence (ROTL). His work focuses on reducing reoffending by supporting prisoners into meaningful, sustainable employment.
