Previously, she served as General Manager at CJ ENM, overseeing global business operations, programming, and content acquisition across key channels including Mnet and OCN. With a background spanning music, marketing, and international media in Korea and the UK, Hayoung brings a strong broadcaster-led, global perspective to expanding Korean formats worldwide.
