Helen Mannion is the founder of Prospore, where she helps organisations turn investment in data and AI into measurable commercial value. Across more than 20 years leading data and analytics functions for organisations including Specsavers, O2, giffgaff and RAC, Helen saw the same pattern repeatedly. The organisations that succeeded weren’t necessarily those with the best technology or the biggest budgets.
