Helen Needham is UK Data Management Lead at Capco, where she helps organisations modernise the way they manage, govern and use data. With more than 20 years' experience in financial services, she works with clients to solve complex data challenges and build trusted, scalable data management capabilities that support better business decisions, regulatory outcomes and AI readiness. Helen helps organisations address many of today's biggest data management challenges, including improving data quality, increasing trust and transparency, simplifying governance, enabling data discovery, and making enterprise data easier to understand and use. Her current focus is on how AI can augment traditional data management practices, helping organisations reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and create more connected, intelligent approaches to managing data. She is particularly interested in how metadata, data lineage, knowledge graphs and AI can work together to provide the business co
