Helen is an experienced healthcare leader with extensive expertise across NHS Provider Trusts, Integrated Care Boards, and national NHS organisations. Since joining South West London Integrated Care Board in September 2024, they have led the Medicines Optimisation Team, bringing a strong track record of strategic leadership, service transformation, and workforce development. Previously, Helen held senior leadership roles within Health Education England, where they led regional pharmacy teams across London and Kent, Surrey and Sussex, and played a national role in transforming early careers pharmacy training and workforce expansion programmes across England.
