Holly-Jane Grayling is a cyber security culture and awareness specialist and Director of SHIELD (Security & Human Insight for Educating Leaders on Defence) at the Cognitive Security Institute — a registered US charitable nonprofit organisation . She brings than ten years’ experience across learning, behaviour change and service improvement, including over six years in cyber security, supporting global organisations with workforces ranging from 3,000 to than 145,000 people. Her work connects behavioural science with the realities of organisational life, helping people recognise risks, make informed decisions and work securely. At CSI, Holly-Jane leads a global human cyber risk practitioner community, the development of AI Cognitive Defence for Organisations and created the Human Risk Decision System, an evidence-led approach to assessing human risk and deciding where to intervene.
