Hunter Moore

Hunter Moore is a Principal at SVV (Sure Valley Ventures), a specialist AI venture capital firm. He leads the firm’s university outreach programme, partnering with accelerators, incubators, and founder ecosystems across UK higher education to identify and support the next generation of AI-native founders. Hunter runs deals end-to-end - from origination and due diligence through to close - and works closely with portfolio companies at board level. Hunter brings a transatlantic perspective to the role, shaped by an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a Master’s in Translational Medicine from the University of Manchester, alongside earlier experience across healthcare operations, private equity, and strategy consulting. He is particularly passionate about helping first-time founders commercialise research and build venture-scale companies emerging from UK universities.
