Ian Bacchus

Ian Bacchus is an Enterprise Architecture and technology transformation leader who has built architecture capabilities in organisations without established EA practices. Most recently, as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Instem, Ian established and led its Enterprise Architecture capability, introducing architecture governance, Reference Architecture, standards and a federated Architecture Community of Practice across a global software organisation. His career spans life sciences, publishing, consumer services, healthcare and government, with a recurring focus on making architecture practical: connecting strategy to delivery, creating proportionate governance and enabling teams to make better technology decisions. Ian is TOGAF® certified and holds an LLB (Hons).
