Across my career I have committed to putting data at the heart of organisations and helping unlock value. I have led transformations, from shaping 25 signature initiatives for the CDO at Danske Bank to making the data fabric buzzword a reality at Anglo American and delivering strategic data transformation initiatives at Barclays and now driving data driven decisioning at RSA as their CDO. I was also named in the 2024 DataIQ Future Leader list. As Chief Data Officer at RSA Insurance, I lead the organisation’s data and AI strategy, governance, and innovation efforts, ensuring data drives value across the business. She is responsible for transforming RSA into a data-driven enterprise by enabling actionable insights, optimising operational efficiencies, and empowering decision-making through advanced analytics and AI technologies. In my previous roles, I crafted a comprehensive five-year data strategy in line with the business strategy, including shaping a transformative roadmap with 25 si
