Ivanna Rosendal

Transformational leader on a mission. No patient should wait for novel treatment due to lack of trust in our organizations or lack of technology adoption. I architect organizations to go with the grain of human behavior to unleash people's collective potential. Connector of people and ideas in and between organizations. I love building teams, products and solutions from scratch to scale. Developing business strategy and activating competencies to make it happen. Well-developed business sense and full of ideas for growth.
