Izzy Grint

Izzy Grint is a Manager at Kubrick Group, where she leads the AI BP community and helps organisations unlock value from data and AI. Through Kubrick’s partnership with Women in Data, she led the pro bono collaboration with Ovarian Cancer Action, overseeing the project from data audit and segmentation through to user journey analysis and fundraising strategy recommendations. Passionate about women’s health and using data for social good, Izzy is driven by personal experience, having lost a family member due to poor healthcare infrastructure. She believes data has the power to improve outcomes, drive meaningful change, and support causes that make a real difference.
