Jacek Powałka is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of modern Out-of-Home logistics and one of the most experienced practitioners in the global parcel locker industry. As former Marketing Director, Chief Product Officer and Customer Experience Leader at InPost, he helped transform parcel lockers from an emerging delivery concept into one of the most widely adopted and customer-loved delivery methods in Europe.
