Jack O'Connell is CEO and Co-founder of Kallikor, where he helps leading retailers make major supply chain decisions with greater confidence through simulation. Before founding Kallikor, Jack led simulation initiatives at Improbable across logistics and national infrastructure, supporting organisations facing high-stakes planning decisions where operational, financial and strategic outcomes were closely connected. Today, Jack leads Kallikor's strategy, product direction and growth, working with retailers including B&M, Primark and Morrisons to evaluate complex decisions such as network redesign, automation, warehouse investment and supply chain transformation before capital is committed. His work focuses on helping supply chain leaders make bolder strategic decisions with greater confidence, move faster on major investments and deliver change with fewer unintended consequences.
