Jacopo Manna

Jacopo Manna grew up in the pizza industry, with his father Franco helping build Rossopomodoro into an international restaurant brand. After moving to London at 18, he developed Merendina Pizza Sandwich, a modern reinterpretation of the traditional pizza sandwich. His concept combines Neapolitan roots with London’s food culture, making pizza more playful and accessible to a new generation.
