Jade Binsted

Jade Binsted is Commercial Director at Ookkee, an award-winning outsourced accounts department working with growing businesses across the UK. Jade’s role sits across commercial strategy, client experience, sales and growth, which means she spends a lot of time thinking about how businesses can work smarter without losing the human bit along the way. She’s particularly interested in the amount of valuable information that lives inside everyday conversations, with clients, prospects and team members and how capturing and actually using that knowledge can help businesses make better decisions, develop their people and create a better client experience. Outside of Ookkee, Jade is the founder of The Ribbons Network and a speaker and facilitator. She’s a big believer that the best ideas usually come from good conversations, particularly when businesses get better at remembering and using what was actually said.
