Starting behind the bar in a variety of bartender roles, he quickly developed a drive to move into sales and marketing. After overcoming a challenging journey and several setbacks, he secured his first industry role with the iconic Martin Miller's Gin, a breakthrough that launched a successful career representing leading brands across multiple categories and roles. Today, Jake is Head of Drinks Recruitment at Marvel FMCG, where he combines industry knowledge with personal experience to help others break into the sector. Passionate about opening doors and creating opportunities, Jake works closely with candidates to help them build rewarding careers in an industry they genuinely love.
