James Caparosa

James Caparosa is Director of Index sales at Nasdaq, where he collaborates with insurance carriers, product design teams, independent marketing organizations, and banks to effectively integrate Nasdaq’s innovative index solutions. With 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, James is recognized as a thought leader on the topics of asset management, insurance and retirement. Prior to Nasdaq James held prominent leadership roles across relationship management, sales and distribution at Morningstar and Prudential Financial. James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Marketing and has his MBA. He holds a RICP designation from The American College and is series 6, 63 and 24 licensed. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
