James Gavin

Dr Gavin is CEO and Co-Founder of Evolution Therapeutics, a biotech company developing mRNA-based therapeutics for chronic inflammatory diseases, initially targeting non-healing cutaneous wounds. The company builds on research originating from Aston University. Dr Gavin holds a PhD in Cell Biology and has experience spanning academic research and biotech entrepreneurship, leading the company’s strategy, partnerships, and development of innovative therapies addressing significant unmet medical needs.
