James Readhead

James Redhead is a customer success and professional services leader with over 20 years' experience delivering enterprise WFM, HR, and cloud technology solutions globally. Prior to Peopleware, James was Practice Director for EMEA and APAC at UKG (formerly Kronos), leading the regional Professional Services organisation. He built an offshore delivery model that let local consulting teams focus on customer engagement and solution design, improving consultant occupancy while maintaining delivery quality. As Practice Manager for the PMO, he oversaw project governance across strategic programmes and acted as executive sponsor on complex, multi-country implementations. At Peopleware, James leads Consulting, Customer Success, Support, and Learning, with end-to-end responsibility for the customer journey from implementation through long-term adoption.
