With a degree in Agriculture and decades of hands-on industry experience, James has extensive practical knowledge of how fertilisers are designed, manufactured and tailored to meet a wide range of agronomic and commercial requirements. Bespoke fertiliser manufacturing sits at the heart of GreenBest’s business, and James works closely with customers around the world to develop products around their individual nutrient, performance, packaging and market requirements. This combines technical knowledge with the flexibility needed to turn an idea or specification into a practical, manufacturable fertiliser. His experience gives him a valuable perspective on what really goes into a fertiliser product and how formulation, raw materials and manufacturing decisions can influence its performance in the field.
