Jamie Harper, CPA, is VP of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer at Altriarch, a private credit manager pursuing a specialty finance strategy centered on lender finance and receivables factoring. She joined at the firm's inception in 2021, built both the finance and compliance functions from the ground up, and led the firm through its SEC registration in 2025. Her earlier career spans accounting, finance, and tax roles across private equity, technology, and the nonprofit sector, including ERP and management system implementations.
