Janet Mensah

Janet is a Business Intelligence Developer at Aviva, working across data, analytics and visualisation to help teams turn complex information into meaningful insights. After beginning her career in healthcare and education, Janet transitioned into technology, bringing with her a people-centred approach to data and problem-solving. She has experience working with Power BI, Qlik Sense and Snowflake and is currently expanding her expertise in data engineering. Janet is particularly interested in how organisations can use AI and data to build high-performing teams, improve decision-making and create genuine business value. She is passionate about continuous learning, making technology more accessible and encouraging others from non-traditional backgrounds to explore careers in data.
