Jarrard Cooper

Jarrard Cooper, BA (Hons) is Partner at the Leadership Pipeline Institute (LPI), delivering leadership transition programmes for clients across Europe. An experienced organisational development and leadership consultant, he has more than a decade of expertise in leadership transformation, executive coaching and behavioural change. Jarrard has designed and delivered award-winning development programmes across sectors including healthcare, education, policing, publishing and the nuclear industry, with particular recognition for initiatives supporting diverse NHS leaders and innovation among allied health professionals. He is also an experienced coach educator, action learning facilitator and psychometric practitioner. He brings an international perspective informed by his studies in Spain and Italy but calls Lincolnshire home.
