Jaspal Phull

Professor Jas Phull is a Consultant Urological and Robotic Surgeon and senior NHS clinical leader, with experience spanning frontline clinical practice, service transformation, quality improvement and system leadership. He has held Chief of Service responsibility across both Surgery and Family Health, leading large, complex services across multiple hospital sites, and is Deputy Medical Director for Innovation, Population Health and Integrated Care in Lincolnshire. Alongside his clinical and executive roles, Jas has worked with NHS England and GIRFT on quality, productivity and outpatient improvement, and has a particular interest in how innovation, digital technology and data can support safer, more efficient and patient-centred healthcare. He is Honorary Professor of Urology at Lincoln Medical School, where he also supports the development of future clinical leaders.
