Javier Cabrerizo is Chief Strategy, Transformation & AI Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at HBX Group, where he aligns long-term vision with fast execution to position HBX as the leading global B2B travel-tech ecosystem. In more than a decade at the company he has led strategic initiatives and acquisitions that helped grow EBITDA more than tenfold. He also heads the Group's AI Office and its Pricing and Revenue Management, building algorithmic and agentic decision-making into core operations. A former management consultant, he advises high-growth ventures and VC funds.
