Jaypee has been with UnionBank since 2008, starting his career in Transaction Banking and Cash Management up to April of 2015, he moved on to take the role as Head of Customer Segments Management Unit under Retail Banking where he specializes in Customer Journey/Ecosystem Mapping, Customer Insighting, Product/Tech Development and Platforms. Later on, November of 2019 was appointed to be the Head of SME Platforms unit under the SME Business Banking Group, Transaction Banking Center.
