Jeni Caguioa, MBE

Jeni Caguioa, MBE is a senior nursing leader at NHS England, currently working in the Midlands region across quality improvement, clinical practice and workforce. An internationally educated nurse from the Philippines, Jeni has built a distinguished career in the NHS grounded in clinical leadership, workforce transformation, equity and the development of the nursing profession. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jeni became the first Filipino Nurse Advisor at NHS England, helping to bring the experiences and perspectives of internationally educated nurses into national conversations at a critical time for the profession. Her contribution to nursing and healthcare has been recognised with the award of an MBE.
