Jennifer Mink

Jennifer Mink is the President of Investment Performance Services (IPS), an independent investment consulting firm that provides investment advice to defined benefit, defined contribution, and welfare plans throughout the United States. In addition to overseeing the firm’s consulting practice, she is a member of the Investment Committee and serves on the Management Committee which establishes and executes IPS’ strategic business initiatives. Committed to trustee education, she is a frequent speaker at educational conferences, a published author, and a Board Advisor to the National Conference on Public Employees Retirement Systems (NCPERS). In 2026 she was named one of Pensions & Investments’ Influential Women in Institutional Investing. An avid runner, Jennifer has completed the New York City Marathon and the Boston Marathon and is a founding member of LINC, a non-profit coalition that provides support and mentoring women in the investment industry.
