Jenny Pelling

Jenny Pelling is Director of Skills and Strategy at Kaplan UK, shaping future-focused accounting, financial, and data programmes. A former solicitor turned educator who helped pioneer the UK’s first legal apprenticeships, Jenny is a prominent voice in skills policy and a signatory on Kaplan’s behalf for the Financial Services Skills Compact. Co-Chair of the Association of Apprentices Advisory Panel, an FE Governor, and lead for Kaplan’s WorldSkills UK Accounting involvement, she collaborates closely with major employers, government and devolved regions to close critical skills gaps and build future-ready, inclusive workforces.
