Jeroen Verheyen

Jeroen Verheyen is Co-Founder and CEO of Semarion, a Cambridge-based advanced materials company developing next-generation tools for cell-based drug discovery. With a background in cell biology and venture creation, he co-invented the SemaCyte® platform to make adherent cells more scalable, assay-ready, and compatible with high throughput workflows. He now leads Semarion’s commercial growth, partnerships, and financing as the company expands adoption across pharma and life sciences.
