Jess is an experienced senior global account director with a strong background in creating and managing complex housing solutions for clients across the energy, financial services, and professional services sectors. She brings a practical, well-rounded perspective from her time with one of the world’s largest corporate housing solutions companies, as well as from her experience in operations and apartment management. Throughout her career, Jess has worked closely with travel management, relocation, employer, and guest stakeholders, giving her a clear understanding of what successful housing programmes need to deliver. Her international experience spans markets including London, Kuala Lumpur, Rio de Janeiro, and Houston. Jess is a regular speaker at corporate housing and travel industry forums and is actively involved in GBTA and other mobility and travel industry professional associations.
