Jess Dunning

Jess is a Senior EDI Advisor at BDP, leading the EDI and mental health networks. Her role includes policy development, organising cultural events, developing EDI training and delivering initiatives that help foster a more inclusive, equitable and supportive workplace, with a focus on expanding both networks globally over the coming years. She also co-chairs Building Equality London and is part of a number of industry networks, including the RIBA EDI Leaders Group, helping to champion and shape a more inclusive industry.
