Jess Miller

Jess leads the APAC and EMEA teams at Fathom, the financial reporting, forecasting and consolidation platform used by accountants and advisers across the UK and globally. Based in London, she works closely with accounting firms navigating the shift from compliance to advisory and has a front-row view of how practices are using software and AI to change what they deliver to clients and how they deliver it. A regular presence at the UK's major accounting events, Jessica brings both product depth and practitioner empathy to the moderator's chair. Her role at Fathom puts her at the intersection of the build-vs-buy question every day: understanding what firms actually need from their reporting and forecasting stack, and where the human judgement layer still matters most.
