Jessica Kennedy White

Jessica Kennedy White is Learning Sciences Researcher and Learning Design Architect collaborating with Adaptemy through OpenCampus with product and engineering teams, as well as directly with educators and learners, translating research and evidence based pedagogical principles into digital learning experiences. Her work spans K–12, adult, health and informal learning contexts, evaluating cross curricular pilots and ensuring that pedagogical flexibility, learner agency and meaningful learning remain central to the design process. Her work sits at the intersection of collaborative pedagogy, learning sciences and digital learning design, applying research through design-based approaches. Her doctoral research at the University of Sussex explores dialogical approaches to metacognition in digital learning environments, examining how learning design and social interaction support conceptual understanding and metacognitive development.
