Jeswin James

Jeswin James is the founder of Xalios, a platform that lets enterprises employ AI agents the way they employ people: with a job description, a reporting line, authority earned one kind of work at a time, and a record of every decision that can be replayed as it stood at the time. He previously architected and built an enterprise-scale intelligent document processing system that read commercial documents at over a million pages a day, for organisations where a wrong extraction never stayed theoretical for long. That experience shaped the thesis behind Xalios: reading documents is a solved problem, deciding from them is not, and the gap is accountability. Xalios is currently working with a global insurance organisation and a small group of system integrators in regulated industries.
