Jie Yu

Dr. Jie Yu is co-founder and CEO of Kinetix AI, dedicated to developing innovative embodied AI technologies and bringing them to market for the benefit of society. Previously, Dr. Yu served as General Manager of Commercial Vehicle Autonomous Driving and Chief Scientist of Autonomous Driving at Huawei. Before that, he led AI systems R&D at several Fortune 500 companies in the United States, with extensive experience in building and managing multinational technical teams, developing innovative products, and driving algorithms from research to commercial success. An internationally recognized AI expert, Dr. Yu has over 20 years of research experience in computer vision, machine learning/deep learning, natural language processing, and data mining. He has published more than 40 papers in top-tier international conferences and journals in these fields, filed over 20 U.S. and international patents, and received multiple major international academic awards.
