Jiella is the Founder and CEO of 8 Lions Entertainment, a London-based studio developing and scaling digital-first IP for kids and teens. She brings over 20 years of global content leadership with senior roles at Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, NBCUniversal, and Moonbug Entertainment, where she helped grow major children’s franchises. Before establishing 8 Lions, Jiella served as Chief Revenue Officer at Amuse Animation and Amuse Studios. She leads a multi-disciplinary team using data-driven strategies to build creator-led, globally resonant franchises connecting audiences across the East, Middle East, and West.
