Jim Leeves

Jim is the co-founder of a digital accounting and marketing agency Shapes which was set up in 2023 and is on a mission to bring freedom, relief and delight to those they work with. After qualifying as a chartered accountant in a mid-tier firm he joined Xero as a consultant in 2017, working with accountancy practices in all 4 corners of the UK helping them with the practicalities of cloud software adoption at pace and scale. Jim credits Xero with opening his eyes to all the things not traditionally taught in practice, people leadership, values, strategy execution, change management, service design, and more, and is passionate about bringing creative change and a more down to earth approach to the industry.
