Jim Saunders

Jim Saunders is an Assistant Vice President at Lancer Insurance Company. He holds a Master’s Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University School of Law (2019). He has over thirty years’ experience in managing commercial transportation, property, and casualty insurance claims. He has negotiated settlements to thousands of cases over that time and has participated in hundreds of mediations. He volunteers as a mediator for the Superior Court of Clark County, Washington, and mediated over 100 cases in 2021. Jim is passionate about teaching listening skills, conflict dynamics, negotiation techniques, and mediation practices. In 2019, Jim was invited to present seminars on conflict and mediation strategies to the Federal Magistrates of the US District Court, District of Tucson, Arizona.
