Jo Langston

Jo Langston is Head of Member Services at the Grounds Management Association (GMA) and an experienced membership professional with a background across multiple membership associations. Her work spans member engagement, professional development, career progression and retention, with a particular focus on understanding the needs of individuals and creating environments in which people feel valued and supported. At the GMA, Jo leads membership services and a range of initiatives focused on strengthening the grounds management profession and supporting a skilled, engaged and sustainable workforce.
