Joe Fraser

Joe was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 1999, and this experience has shaped his career ever since. First working with a social entrepreneur, and then eventually in the NHS. As part of the National NHS England team, Joe worked on Personalised Care Demonstrators in the North and Midlands, before taking up a post in London on Digital and Personalised Care. During Covid Joe took up the Head of Personalised Care role for London, successfully delivering the programme's Long Term Plan goals in the capital. Since 2022, he expanded his portfolio to manage the governance of Healthcare Inequalities and NHS Prevention programmes in London, bringing a holistic view to the strategic challenge of preventative healthcare.
