Joe Gilonis

Joe is a senior civil servant with over 15 years of experience, primarily delivering and leading change in projects and programmes in the courts and tribunals in England and Wales. During his career in HMCTS, Joe has led a variety of different projects covering digital and property, roles in strategy and policy, as well as working in front-line operations. Joe is currently one of the deputy directors delivering change projects and specifically leading on implementation of the criminal court reforms.
