Virgin Hotels Collection is the parent company of Virgin Hotels and Virgin Limited Edition, two distinctive hospitality brands from the Virgin Group. Having been with Virgin Group since 2015, including as Chief Commercial Officer, Joe brings deep expertise in brand-building, commercial growth and customer experience. In his current role as CEO, he is focused on shaping the next chapter of Virgin Hotels Collection by strengthening brand clarity, supporting thoughtful growth and championing a personal, experience-led approach to hospitality that keeps people and human connection at its heart.
