John Kloetzing

John Kloetzing is a supply chain transformation leader with more than 13 years of experience across pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. He has led international planning, S&OP and business transformation initiatives across Europe, North America and Asia, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. His work focuses on building decision-ready organizations, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and translating complexity into clear operational choices. John has held senior roles at Bayer and Heineken and has extensive experience in scenario planning, integrated business planning, launch readiness and digital transformation. He is currently completing a Global MBA at ESMT Berlin and is the founder of Kloetzing Transformation Partners, advising organizations on supply chain strategy, AI-enabled decision architecture and leadership under uncertainty.
