John leads strategy and growth for the Barnes Aerospace Repair Division (MRO), working to develop high value customer relationships, to optimize sales performance and expand market reach with a commercial, military and industrial gas turbine engine component repair market focus. The building of vital partnerships with external stakeholders, key suppliers and service providers with the drive to expand market reach and optimize Barnes’ global repair capabilities while developing mutually beneficial relationships are the focus of John’s role. John has the added responsibility of mergers and acquisitions with a repair concentration. With over than 30 years of experience in the Commercial Aviation Aftermarket Industry primarily focused on engines and engine component maintenance, John has previously held Technical and Commercial positions for Kellstrom Aerospace, Wencor Group, Chromalloy and Air Canada. John holds a Master of Business Administration from the John Molson School of Business.
