Since 2016, he has promoted the strategic development vision: "Starting from biomaterials, building on 3D‑printing technology, and advancing toward real‑world 3D‑printing applications" . Leveraging modules including 3D‑printing technology, digital acquisition & evaluation technology, professional digital software and biomaterials, his team has launched multiple customized 3D‑printing application solutions. He has led his team to file more than 10 domestic and international invention patents, among which 9 have been granted. He participated in drafting 2 national standards for additive manufacturing , and took the lead in formulating 1 additive‑manufacturing association standard . He has advanced the industry‑university‑research transformation for one national‑level research project.
