Jonathan Dancer

Jonathan Dancer MBA is Managing Director of Redbow Consulting Group, a dedicated healthcare strategy consultancy. With over 30 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, he founded his first consulting firm in 1999. Jonathan is recognised as a leading pharmaceutical strategy specialist and is currently commercialising an innovative multi agentic strategy model GEM-A® with applications in Pharma, humanitarian, and the not-for-profit sectors. Specialising in cohesive team building, he is particularly interested in the application of technology to the human-centric workplace and how AI can accelerate and augment new and existing workflows. With a background in pharmacy, he is an industry judge, Training Lead for the Pharmaceutical Marketing Society and a visiting lecturer in strategy and marketing at Kings College, London.
