Jonathan Penna is the founder and CEO of Azio Beauty, a UK hybrid skincare-makeup brand pairing Korean-lab clinical formulations with everyday coverage. Launched in April 2022 with no outside funding, Azio grew from a DTC start to a multi-million pound business, stocked in 400 stores across the UK and Ireland including John Lewis. Jonathan is a Forbes 30 Under 30 (Europe, Retail & Ecommerce 2025) recipient and a BBC Dragons' Den alumnus.
