With nearly 20 years of experience in quantitative finance, spanning leading international investment banks and ambitious start-ups, he brings together deep technical expertise and a sharp instinct for what financial institutions actually need to stay compliant, agile, and audit-ready. Jos is the author of multiple patents applying quantitative risk management techniques to the energy balancing market, and holds a PhD in superstring theory from the University of Leuven. That blend of scientific depth and hands-on industry experience still shapes how Yields approaches model risk management and AI governance today.
