Josefina Arias is Amazon's UK Manager for Customer Trust and External Relations, based in Dublin. She leads brand protection and trust & safety across the UK marketplace, covering anti-counterfeiting, scam prevention, and product safety. Over 10+ years she has built programs from scratch, led fraud and counterfeit detection teams globally, and partnered with brands, regulators, industry and law enforcement bodies. Her work has enabled significant business growth across the EU while obsessing over retaining customer trust. She is an Actuary and holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School.
